Those bolts are actually a splined stud with a hex head. The nut is the only thing that will turn. You will need to drive the broken ones out, and replace it with the correct stud, or a bolt. but then the bolt will need to be held with a wrench to tighten/loosen in the future. If it were any other week I'd worry more about it. When they schedule me 44 hours, but tell me i cant have overtime, i guess it's up to me to decide where i can cut them. I had someone else with me today as well. Have yet to be "talked to" about my tardiness.
