The reason the belt was off is because the tensioner is screwed up and shot. So I'm going to get one at the junkyard this weekend. Sucks not having power steering.

Hey all. I just received a car shipped to me from Indiana today. It's a 2001 Forest Green Neon. 166k miles and running decently. Only issues are the lack of a serpentine belt, so no power steering.
