It is mainly an NGC thing. More so on the '05's than the '03/'04's.

Basically the PCM thinks the lower manifold pressure in relation to the TPS voltage is a huge vacuum leak.

A 60 will bog more if you are in 5th gear/lower speeds than a 52mm, but just more than the 52mm. They both will still fall flat.

The SRT engine harness should be an easy plug in to the the (2003 to) 2005 car harness. Anything 2002 and older is a totally different PCM connector style, etc.

2001 ES rear sway, more like 14mm. A 15mm wrench is loose, a 14mm is a snug fit, but goes over the bar about anywhere you try it.
