This is Chrysler's official VIN decoder/build sheet page for consumers. Just replace the VIN in the URL with your VIN. The letters MUST be capitalized for it to work though.

probably a bad oil seal. time to pull the turbo and check it out. It might be time for a rebuild. TD04 rebuild parts are cheap and it is easy as long as you have small snap ring pliers
