Bah, you've seen me do it. It's a little better with the PG in it, but it really needs a Quaife.

Yea, on the stock motor. When you were in the car the other day, I was peeling the tires through 3rd too, but the race tires don't squeal. It's a silent spin.

What turbo manifold does this kit use? Or is the manifold custom made?

Thanx

i thought that even if you get internals, that at about 350hp or something then the crank dont like staying on the engine....correct me if im wrong lol it could be.

and on that vid, why were all of those check engine lights on after that? haha
I'm making more than that now on my own. I've heard that they don't like to stay together around 750-800.
hmm so once u upgrade the internals you will be good for awhile?

idk where i herd that but thats great that i was wrong :)

To ask a local performance shop to do this same work for you, I would expect to see a bill upwards of 8k, with 15+ hours of labor at around $100/hr, as well as 5+ hours of tuning, usually priced even higher. By the way, those aluminum bushings work great.
well i guess iwill be making a trip in the next week or so to a title lender to get some money. i have a 04 auto se with about 70xxx miles alot but strill runs strong and pulls great around 35 to 65 so i will keep you posted to see how it goes

Removing the butterflies they weren't functioning, because I have an sxt and to run them I'd either need to run the pcm or a window switch. It's easier to remove them then spend more money in making them work.

1st and 2nd gear pull

2nd gear pull

2nd gear missed shift but that pull didn't spin the tires at all. That was how fast the rpms went up with the car in motion.

Me on 10 psi(right lane) against a cavalier 2.4 dohc on a 100 shot of nitrous. It was my first launch and race on the street on street tires. He stole the hit. Race was for $60

Me on 10 psi(right lane) against an srt with full 3 inch turbo back exhaust and an intake. He told me that I'm an idiot for putting a turbo on an SXT. I let off the gas at the 1000 ft. Race was for $60.

I beat him by a bus with the car in neutral when i passed through the quarter mile. Srt turbos spools up very quickly so launching them becomes a little hard because they just spin. The base turbo doesn't spool until about 3500 rpms so you have some time to start moving.

Hi, i am new to this site and have been reading through this topic and like what i see. I currently have a hahn turbo kit on my 2000 neon es and im pretty happy with it for the most part. I was wondering if your turbo kits had hit the market for purchasing yet? also if you guys were going to start selling just the intercooler piping and other parts themselves...?

I have the perfect car for this 2000es with r/t it was formally turboed so it still has a boost gauge & Turbo timer that's still running heck it even has a crane #12 cam in it! The thing is I don't have $3k & I already have darn near everything for my Turbo kit I live in wheeling your more than welcome to use my car for a tester but I just dont have the cash lol
