Methanol injection is only beneficial on forced induction setups, on a stock block you can run a small and properly setup shot of nitrous.

50 shot = 50hp roughly. Thus the name.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.

properly.

NX wet fogger kit. MSD window switch, WOT switch, colder plugs, premium octane gas, not being a dumbass.

you can do a 75 shot all day, but its just as unsafe as a 25 or 50 if you have no idea wtf youre doing.

you can get away with a 100 or even 120+ on stock bottom end, if you know how to.

Say your running a 35 shot (zex safe shot kit) is anything else really needed ? Their website say some sort of fuel programmer but that's only if your gonna play hard with it right? Say you just want it for a short burst? Say a 2-4 seconds is that gonna harm your completely stock engine? Or even say a cammed engine?

The safe shot kit is what's called a dry kit. No fuel is added when you shoot it. You want to get a wet kit, where it shoots fuel as well, to be very safe. I'm sure you could run a 35 shot dry, but its better safe than sorry. You don't want to go lean and blow up.

I ran a 65 shot on my 98 neon that had a magnum head milled .030", a crane 4 cam and a mopar ecu. Everyone recommended that I use a timing retard box but I never did. I did run into an issue where it would backfire and shoot a 3 foot flame out of the exhaust but that's because I was using a 2 step that would cut spark when I shifted.

A 65 shot used starting in second gear took 6 tents off my 1:5 mile time. Went from a 14.6 to a 14.0, I was cutting 2.0 60's on drag radials. When I used my friends slicks that were too big I launched, bogged, then turned the nitrous on about 10 feet out. Went 13.5@103.

I'd look for a kit with real solenoid not the box like that. That box is limited to about a 125 shot inside. That is the kit I have though, it works great and you don't need to use a tps switch.

Get a blow down tube, a purge kit, and a bottle heater to complete it.

You talking the 4 cylinder kit? Okay sounds good then either way I hope to have that by spring! But who knows with me lol any estimates on how much bottles cost to fill? And how long they last? ( guess that depends on how long you hold it down haha) *edit** never mind just found a place near me that fills for 8$ a pound!

$8 a pound is expensive, it's about $6 a pound here. It takes 10 pounds to fill an empty bottle. Without a bottle heater I got about 10 passes before I started to lose pressure. A bottle heater will up the pressure to where you want it to be.

There are lots of companies that make nitrous kits besides Zex. NX, NOS, and lots of cheaper options. Even used stuff!
