Ebay CAI is it missong anything?

a little while back i bought a ebay CAI and being here at school i had left my car home for the week (car pooling) and a friend of mine was going to put it in while i was at school and he said it wouldnt go in right. the link is to the one that i got. any ideas if it is just him not knowing what he is doing or if it really would be something else?

If it came with the stuff in the picture and looks like it then it should be right and should have everything..

If it came with a bellows replacement tube (which isn't shown) that would go where the black accordion looking rubber piece between the TB and IM. Do not attempt to attach it to the other end of the tube. That is all I can think of from what is shown.

Most likely he's missing a bellow tube probably so the CAI big tube cannot be fixed stable.
