ive run out of patience.

Post by Neon4Life » Fri Apr 02, 2010 3:25 pm

so ive finally ran out of patience on waiting for my part that i ordered and even tho they arent a vendor on here i want to make it aware to everyone else to not order from this site.

http://www.ngamotorsports.com/

i ordered my item on the 18th of March. wich wsa a wednesday and i paid for it too on the same time. well supposedly they was having some problems with getting my order..like they didnt have it in stock. and i call every 2 days to see whats up. well this week he kept telling me that it was shipped out last friday and today 1 week later i still dont have anything. i dont know if they are running a scam or whatever but as soon as i remember my password on srt forums ill post this there too cause thats where they are a vendor at.

its bullshit that 3 weeks later i still dont have my part from him. so if youve ever gone to the website shown in link then dont order anything from there because most likely you will not recieve it.

I had some minor issues with NGA before, however, they were extremely quick to respond to me and resolve what they could

Turtle boy.. lmao. I ain't telling just yet. No one besides 1 person knows. That's why I said a part.

Mr josh zombie... its not like he doesn't answer the phone when I call. But its like he is lying to me then about my item being shipped already. I told him I've waited patiently but I need the part because I've had my car torn apart waiting for it.

Like I'm just tired of waiting and I can't wait another week or 2. I need it rite now. Lol.

Need to know if it shipped?

Ask for a tracking number.

Manny, you sound like a royal pain in the ass customer. I'd probably jerk you around a bit too if you called me that often.

But that's just me, and I'm not your friendly customer service person either...

No I ain't a crappy customer. Its just thatafter the first week I was like uhhh. Where's my part.

I asked him for the tracking number but he never got it..

Anyways i. Finnally got an answer as to where its at.. and it should be here tomorrow. He gave me the tracking number just a few ago.

Like I understand that he didn't have it in stock but 3 weeks is a lot to wait.

I mean the price of the part was fair and good. Ill let y'all know what it is when I install it.

My customers often have to wait 6 weeks or more for parts. None of them complain. Where did it say that it would ship immediately on your oder form?

Just trying to make sure his negative feedback was justified.
