Sunroof help

Hopefully this is where this goes. So the sunroof on my neon was stuck open and rain decided to blow in. long story short, i broke parts of my track to get the roof down. Now my question is this, is there some sort of way to keep the glass permanently bolted or locked down? I really dont need to use it.
