over 20 posts but cant post in FS?

guidelines said 20 posts then you get permission to post in fs. I did that so now what? tried to post and was denied.

I did a search for the guidelines and the one I found said 20. I'm trying to find it again now.

found it. it was pre 4/15/2008 when the guidelines changed. sorry. 40 it is. too bad I have alot of good parts left over from my SRT4.
