Is it possible to get my Neon site added to the list?

I have noticed at the bottom of the screen that various regional Neon sites are advertised and I am curious how I can get my site,XINeons.com added to the list. We are a small group, but we have members all over the country. I would like to know what I need to do to get added to the list, or if that is even possible. Thank you.
