My cars f-n suck right now. My '95 threw it's alt. belt which took out my PS belt and left it nearly stranded but OK. Now yesterday my '05 starts taking a royal S on me so I need to figure out some codes before I take it anywhere. After work yesterday the light came on but it was almost 6pm and the local stealership service dept. was closed for the holiday weekend. The car bucked slightly on acceleration so I turned down the radio and couldn't hear it at steady throttle so I ignored it. Then on a trip to the store later the engine light was blinking and driving erratically. Anyway, The codes are;
P0300 Engine misfire detected
P0339 Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP) Sensor Circuit &
P0335 CKP Sensor A Circuit Performance

...In that order...

Tomorrow I'll start with a new coil and reset the PCM to see if it's even up to the task of my cross-state Trek, per Mapquest:
Estimated Time: 5.0 hours 19 minutes Estimated Distance: 215.88 miles
'95 Sport Coupe "MiniMe" SCCA SMF Racer
'96 Red ACR Coupe - Endurance Racer in the making
2005 Black SXT MTX - Daily Driver "Rallycar"

Nothing like staying up late to fix an exhaust pipe coming loose. I'll still be there, possibly with a friend.

It's raining down here! The Charger, which never goes out in the rain, is going to get dirty! :x

It was pretty good...although I was a bit late. We had 9 cars if you include Silver ES's charger RT. I had a good time getting to know some of you; glad my wife wasn't the only pregnant one =)

I thought it was a pretty damn good meet overall. I had a great time, and it was nice to meet everyone and just hang out.

Here are a couple pics of mine that actually turned out good.

I took some pics before I left, but everyone was stacked randomly in the lot and all of the shots look like butt. Too bad I missed the final lineup.

Good to meet those of you I hadn't met and good to see those of you that I haven't seen in a long time.

Chris and Cassi...you aren't going to believe this. Right after we left the falls with you guys, I had to meet up with my Aunt to pick something up from her. She told me that I could have her old Jeep because she got a new one. It's crazy that we were just talking about getting one only an hour earlier and then I randomly acquire one. Crazy stuff.

It's a 1996 Cherokee Classic. 4.0l I6 4X4. It has transmission issues right now and she said if I can fix it, I can have it. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me. Looks like I finally have a vehicle that I can drive in the winter.

We got hit with the rain on the way there but nothing on the way home. In fact it was so nice when we got home I washed the car.

There Jeremy, I fixed it for you. Okay but that's awesome, I wish I was just given a Jeep! Do you know what you can make that thing into....
