finally got around to getting my tires mounted and installed

XXR 527's 17x8.25 +35 in chrome black
with Hancook ventus V4's 245/40/17

t
still need to mess with the C/O's
rolling the rear fenders this weekend.. the fronts are rolled and no clearance issues... the rear on the other hand... damn!!!!!

looks good! i love those wheels. I went with the Hankook Ventus V2 Concepts for my 16" Drags since they were the cheapest decent tire in the size I needed and so far I love them.

Looks great dude.

These photos make me want to ditch the pvo and throw my trunk with the wing back on.

Nice choice on tire setup, too many people with these wheels doing the stretch and slammed look, this is a good change of pace from the rest of the neon nation.

yes it does look off a little

i put these rims on in a rush!

idk if its because of a wider tire or not but there is alot of wobble in the stearing... i got these rims balanced twice already and there dead on even when it comes to balanced.. not sure why there would be alot of wobble!

gonna play around with the camber and stance tomorrow

yea i almost went with a 215 series tire just to have some more clearance.. but when i saw it stretched on a this same rim i just wasnt feeling it... ill play it safe.. i just want to get my rear fenders rolled so i can get to a nice stance.. not to low.. just right!

Have you spun the wheel (lifted off the ground) to see if it is true? possibly there is something stuck between the hub and the wheel, since you put them on in a hurry.

Those tires are huge! Get that rear tire rubbing issue fixed soon. Thats how my car developed cancer in the rear quarter panel. Rear tire rubbing inside the wheel well. Looks very good otherwise!

PVO would complete that car so nicely. Good choice on rims. I am on the concave look more and more lately. Lipped wheels are starting to become over played lately

kinda wish these cars can get a nice offset for a nice concave rim...

i hate out almost every aftermarket rim in the offset for our cars have no concave to them..

oh well.. i do have a new PVO wing.. just havent gotten around to getting it on

I like the wheels, but I don't like how far they stick out past your fenders.

Run a little camber, and drop the C/O's down just a bit more and it'd look sweet!
