I'm actually pleasantly surprised with the way this turned out. This entire time I held my tongue assuming it was going to turn out looking like shit like 99% of the other dipped cars posted on here, but I commend you. You did a good job even going so far as to do the jambs and didn't go overboard and paint the trim pieces like the idiots on the .org FB page were suggesting. You did a great job turning this car around.

Thanks! Yeah I think any more purple would make it look gaudy. I do think the front needs something, just can't figure out what... Maybe the evo mod... Black of course if I did that

This is a custom dual guage pod I made, and then dipped matte black, I still may dip it teal to match the exterior but not sure yet

Traded wheels, these are 17x8.25 +25 with 205/40's
I wanted these so bad initially but was scared about tucking at drop, but decided to go for it, I'm happy I did. Still massaging more clearance in the back would like to be able to roll aired out

Man this thing is sweet. Had no clue it was automatic :/

I wish those wheels popped more. They get lost in all that black.

Yeah mtx swap will happen, just not sure when. My monte will be back soon and that will be more important. I miss the pop of the purple, so maybe soon I'll dip them but right now I'm digging them lol.

Forgot to post current pics of the car for a while now. I resprayed again, it's now kandy pearls alpha nano kameleon pearls in HaloEFX, so much smoother than Plastidip. I also now have an 03+ sxt front bumper with the mopar lip. No more air, running raceland ultimos now. Ordered the fabric to start some of the interior wrapping when I get time, gonna be a bit. Promised my wife I'd do her Mini Cooper after I get our new flooring in this week.
