question...
will purchasing a steering wheel controller give me proportional steering instead of just the straight ahaed, then full lock turning of the standard XBOX controller?
...and would ALL steering wheels do this, or only maybe certain brands, or more expensive ones do this?
..or would ANY of them do this for the Forza series games on the XBOX 360?

A steering wheel will give you more control, but wont necessarily give you faster lap times.
If you want the best wheel get a Fanatec wheel.
the xbox controller actually does a good job at steering inputs. If your full lock to either side than its you that needs an adjustment. I have problems with the controller. I can run faster than those with wheels.

ok, thanx..I think...
so yer saying that the standard XBOX controller does do proportional steering, I'm just not seeing it or getting it, right?
didn't understand the statement "I have problems with the controller"...but maybe you mean't I have NO problems with the controller...
I am realtively new to XBOX

Ha your right I meant to say, "I have no problems with the controller"
The controller thumb sticks are analog so they are sensitive to minor and major inputs.
