PN request Make-up air hose elbow

I am not sure what it is called. The 90 degree elbow out of the back of the valve cover that attaches to the plastic hose.

Some sites call it the make up air hose, but i do not need the hose. I need the elbow. All the generic ones i have picked up fit terribly. All i have house is this pic pointing right too it.

Looks like it is only sold with the hose.

Minor correction: This is the air make up tube. The above is the PCV valve tube.

But regardless, the elbows are not sold separately.
