Fog Light aren't turning on

well i bought my 2001 neon r/t figured out that the fog light didn't turned on at all so i took a closer look and found that one didn't have a bulb at all and the other have a bulb size 889 forced on the socket. well i bought new bulb 9145 from Walmart and they still wont turn on at all. i checked the fuse box inside and under the hood and everything was good

, is there another fuse hidden that i missed or dose anyone have a idea in what could be causing the problem

it's probably the switch, which in these cars are known for failing.

yeah usually the multifunction switch on our cars tends to melt near the connectors. check that for any signs of damage.

otherwise check fuses and what not

no the fog light indicator doesn't turn on when i turn on the fog switch
