Relay harness question

Installed some 4 led CREE flood lights on the front of the car. Hooked them into the oem fog wiring but they aren't as bright as they should be. Would running a relay harness like i did for my HID's solve this problem?

The lights are 12v, but i don't know the wattage.

IMHO it won't.

The Leds won't need as much wattage as the foglights do, so I'm pretty sure a different wiring won't solve this.

Tried to connect them directly to the battery?
a neon - what else ?
