It is not necessary to swap the whole assembly and it is a pita (I tried and quit as I ran out of time later). You had to remove the window (try to if pw wont work with window closed
)You only have to remove the doorboards and speaker, then that three screws (10) inside and outside, unplug the plug first and get that thing out.
Following picture shows (three arrows) the nuts you need to remove. The two arrows show you 2 of 4 Torx screws which won´t help you in any way.
btw - you can´t interchange left and right motor.
