im pretty shur that creates hydrogen i definatley would not smoke around that thing or make any sparks i could be wrong but im pretty shur it does

this subject was actually on TV saturday...
You can use a plastic bucket....
The positive lead must be hooked up to a piece of steel submerged into the water mixture
The water actually is supposed to have a mix of "Washing Powder" made by Arm&Hamer added to the water mixture to create the chemical bath for the part to sit in
And you need a minimum of a 12volt charger capable of putting out 2amps of current to do this.....
