ACR style wheel clearance

Do you know if an ACR style wheel 16x7 with 38mm offset and 225/45/16 will fit under stock 2003 suspension neon ? its not too wide and safe for the strut and tension arm clearance

^You cant there are 4 or 5 tires that size and the only one with a high enough load rating is the BF Goodrich KDW2

Where are you finding 225/45/16's with a load index of less than 84?
