Hey all!
I've got a BUX instrument cluster that I swapped into my SRT.
But I didn't like the idea of having non-original mileage displayed so I instead just stole the face and needles from the BUX cluster and swapped them onto my SRT cluster. Here's the result! LEDs are on order still, so i've got yucky yellow lights for now.

My problem is my speedo needle. All other needles are basically on point to where they're supposed to be. But my speedometer is off. When it says i'm doing 45, i'm really doing 50. And when i'm doing 65, i'm really doing about 74. I've verified this with two different GPS devices.

I'm hoping I just need to pop the needle back off and realign it, but i'm not sure where I need to align it because the 0 has two marks instead of one. || compare to |. Do I align the needle to the top or the bottom mark?

Can someone with an unmodified BUX cluster post a picture or two of where their speedometer needle sits when the ignition is in the "On" position, and when the engine is on and idling?

Plz

UGH I realize what I did wrong. Derp.
SRT gauge goes to 160, not 140. So that's where my mileage differs. Ugh. I shoulda just kept it as is and dealt with the mismatched mileage. Or just bought a face from Black Cat Customs. Too late now I guess. Whatever. I'll just put the BUX cluster back in. Bleh.

Jesus fuck how have I not blown up my car yet.
