Sorry that I haven't been around much, but I just signed on at new job in Charlotte,NC (I start Monday 10/24) and have been busy house hunting, packing, etc.

So first things first... I have my place in Georgetown, SC for sale

Next, I have photos of my new house...

It won't be complete until Jan 06, so wife and I will have to do the apt thing, but no biggie. I can't wait... i will finally have a garage!!!!!
oh, and we are less than a mile from the boat landing to the lake.

oh here is a photochoped house in the neighbor hood that I hacked up to look like ours when it is finished...

HOLY CRAP, your new house is huge!!!

If you don't me asking, how much is it?

That house in the Bay area would cost well over a million. Damn Bay area prices.

4 bed room, 3 full bath, 2600+ Sq ft heated, cul-de-sac lot (small .2 acres)

Still adding options, but it will be under $200K.

dude, the next subdivision over houses are $600K+ several $1Mil+ homes too. Nice area, and the subdivision is selling like hot cakes.

I visited the bay area back in college on business, and stayed with some friends... real estate there is ridiculous. Time to pull up roots and move the the east coast brother.
