As the advisement of John, the owner of CBD I took the option of returning my ill-fitting PVO style spoiler.

I packaged it all up, with bubble wrap, styrofoam wrap, and shrink wrap, stuffed it in a box, paid $60 CDN to ship it to them with insurance and waited.

Now, while tracking the package through Canada Post and USPS I have seen that the receiver has REFUSED!! the package.

Can be tracked through either Canada Post or USPS.

What a joke! I have been trying to get this issue resolved for ages, and now this. I expect a call or a solution from CBD imediately.

last year they send me a package worth of 60$

declared it at customs for 400$

i had to pay fees that i was not supposed to pay

tried to talk with them and they laughed at me

reallly bad customer service
