The policy is that when 3 negative feedbacks are received in a 3 or so month time frame then the user will be banned.

Unfortunately there isn't really anything we can do other than send the user a PM, which I will do in just a minute. We have no legal backing to make someone do something.

Comments: Sold entire interior of r/t I was parting out for $75. Pulled all the parts and he came to pick them up. While he was here he asked about rear disk setup and rear sway bar. We agreed on $150 for it all. I told him anything inside the car was free as it's all stuff I was gonna scrap with the car. Somehow he snagged the R/T gauge cluster (which I had sold to a friend for $50, he just had to come pick it up) and the hvac bezel (which I had sold to moparfan_19 on here for $40). I pm'd BlackJack several times (she was the one I was talking to on here, and from searching they know each other). I also sent several texts and nobody responded to either. Sxxxt hasn't posted on here in a while, but BlackJack has been. Doubt I'll get anything back, but he can lick my balls. I basically paid $15 to give him the interior. Thanks, dick.

Comments on the transaction: we agreed to put on a bodykit fix a few dings then paint. i fornted him hundreds for supplies + time. we use a garage that he worked for and their supplies, and i say we cause i was right there working on my car as well. so we got the kit on which didnt fit well and primed it, more body work to do and paint never got finished. he used none of the money on supplies he said he used it on phone bill and other bills. he will not return my calls,txt,emails. he is a cheat and a liar.

uppon receiving the parts he sent me a stock dodge neon o2 sensor and a 03 mtx ecu.

he refunded 55 bucks and wants me to pay to ship the parts back to him to get the rest of the money after it wass him that sent me the wrongn items
