Once again, I have to commend everyone at modern performance for doing such a good job, I got my new spark plugs and wires in 3 days! Good service too, this is my 4th time dealing with them and they have been great every time! Just wanted to say thanks!

I don't. HAHA j/p modern is probably the best neon vendor out there by far. Howell sucks. Have you guys noticed how much more howell sells there parts for! The only thing I gotta say about modern is that they need to create some sorta quick check out I am getting tired of calling to order parts. Cool Laughing

I think Modern is 100 times better than Howell. The only 2 problems I have with Modern is when I ordered my UDP and got the belts they were for a neon with a/c and I don't have a/c. Modern doesn't supply the belt for non a/c models and couldn't even tell me the model number for the belt. And then they told me they don't bother with that because there are only a hand full of non a/c neons out there. The dealership I bought mine from had 12. The other problem is that they advertise clusters that they don't actually carry. But other than that thei perfect!

Yups, Moderns own! I've bought from them twice I think and both times were dope. I just don't like the calling and ordering. It sucks.

I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Modern. They are an excellent company. Every time I order a part, it gets to me very timely. When I ordered my CF tails (about two years ago) one of them came cracked. I assume it was UPS's fault, but I called up Modern anyway. They had someone come pick them up-for free-and then they sent me a new pair that came in three days. If they ever don't have something in stock (like my tach cluster), Cory will give me the name of a site where I can get it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Modern Performance.

I ordered my McFab and boogers, and recieved them in three days. My Iceman was on backorder for a month, though. They were very friendly, and had I not known exactly what I wanted, I'm sure they would've been quite helpful. I plan on ordering from them again in the future.

ya i ordered the msd coil pack from mpx and it came within 2 days of order. Yesterday i ordered a 2.5 flexpipe and 2.5 dynomax piping for my friends first gen. (how i am gettin the kirk header, accel wires, and 1st gen tb) after shipping 129.99 and be here by friday. damn they are quick

I wish I had good experience with Modern performance. I ordered a Vibrant Type V strut bar and Euro Clear lenses in April and still dont have them. Everytime I called they said they were shipping them out the next day or they were on backorder and will be in tomorrow. I called them today and they now say they have been shipped out a week ago and I should have them any day but I really dont know if thats true or not.

The thing is, you ordered a Vibrant strut bar. Vibrant has been having problems with getting their products shipped to them. There was the port strike in Vancouver, as well as other issues with Canada Customs, and their work to rule.

That's why Modern said they where on back order, they where telling the truth.

I've only dealt with them twice once for the UDP and the service was great. Now after trying to get something a couple bucks cheaper and a little closser I've decided not to be that cheap anymore. Should have went with them at the begining instead of later. Even with the 4th holiday and shipping companies being screwy i got the part quick.

As most all you know, I ONLY buy from Modern (sorry Gary). They've never let me down in any way. If I ever have a question Cory or any of the other MPx guys are always there to give me a correct answer. Shipping is amazing, infact I ordered my Moroso oil pan last friday and even with a 3 day weekend (july 4th) I got it on Wednesday, I wasn't expecting it till Thursday.

Again... I'm extremely loyal to ModernPerformance and I try my best to buy only from them.

I would try them again even if my parts were on backorder for close to 3 months.... back orders aren't their fault... it was just fustrating each time I called the said it would be shipped out the next week and then finally one week it was!

ive ordered from modern... uh lets see.... 8-10 times, both for my 03 and my 96. the only thing I didnt buy for my car that was bought on the net was my rims, and lowering springs, modern didnt have them listed. Also cory called ME when I was ready to order my body kit. now thats Customer Service!

ill never shop at modern again. VERY Rude customer service reps and nothing in stock makes this a no brainer . but mostly the service bad customer makes me never want to order from a company ever again

Well, personally I had an A+++++++ Experience with Modern....

Just got my Hawk Pads very quickly, and Modern did have the cheapest price anywhere I could find......

Modern Performance definately gets and A+ in my book, and I will buy from them again.

I've ordered from MP twice. The first time i delt with Cory and the service was top notch. This summer i ordered some more stuff and i was dissapointed at the level of service from the dude answering the phone. The guy barely had a pulse or something. Shipping was pretty good still but the service wasn't good.

I just delt with them...so far so good...i got my cai and tb in no time...and they were sold out of my catback and he called thermal themselves and thermal is shipping it directly to me instead of mp....Let's just hope they do what they said they are gonna Smile

I am very pleased with their service. My first order was right on the day they said. My last order I made (pulley and prothanes) they said would be there in 5 days, it came 2 days later! I don't know how thye pulled that one off since i live so far away from them!

i like modern performance, i plan on ordering motor mounts, coil pack, spark plug wires, and UDP soon as i get some money saved.

the only "problem" ive ever had with them is 2 years ago i ordered my Vibrant exhaust, i ordered it the end of august 03 and it didnt get here till the end of sept 03, every time i called they said it was on back order, and that it would be shipped out soon. but it was worth the wait IMO, and i remember being irritated cuz i really wnted my exhaust, but i understand stuff w/ vibrant sometiems gets backed up. ive been waiting like 2 years for that rear strut bar, emailed them yesterday cuz i finally saw it in the catalog and they siad it will be another 6 weeks before its released

but i will def. buy from modern again, lots of stuff, fast shipping on other stuff i have bought from them.
