obx header on magnum head

i know on the modern performance they say for non magnum engine. but will it work with the magnum head

no. the mag. flange will work on non-magnums, but not the other way around. the magnum head has larger exhaust ports than the non-magnum. the non-mag. header may physically fit, but it will be more restrictive than the stock header (which is designed by borla, and a pretty good piece to boot. the only way your going to improve on the stock mag. header is to go long tube)

if i recall correctly the obx & borla header is comparable to the magnum header on a non magnum head. but dont quote me on that

Ya and if you do that....AF/x's LT header has bigger ports on there non-mag LT (they don't make a Magnum specific) and matches up quite closely to the mag head. BTW i have one on my Magnum and LOVE IT!!!!!

i have a non magnum engine now but i plan on putting the magnum head on. so should i use the obx non magnum header or no
