Hi. As it stands right now, this project is on hold until I catch up on all my house renovations, lawn maintenence, and car modding.

Sorry for the delay folks.

Also, these brackets will work with rear camber bolts. I currently have a set installed on mine. Only issue now is a clunking noise after I got my alignment and camber bolts installed. I'm gonna look into the noise and see what it is. I'm so sick of modding my car only to end up with rattles and clunks when I'm done :banghead:

I respect you for not stealing my idea

So this project is still on hold for now. Summer is very busy for me and I had no idea that there would be so much interest in the brackets. I will be making these at some point so keep checking for updates.

I've been running mine for a few months now and still no issues so I guess the design is good.

I'd jump all over a set of these, but I'm planning installing the rear sway bar when I go to Carlisle the weekend after next. :(

Ok, I’ve made a few steps towards making these brackets. I picked up a used rear strut and I already have a spare knuckle so now I can test fit the brackets before they’re shipped. My plans as of right now are to make a few brackets on the weekend of the 14th. I’m not sure at this point how many I can get done, but I’m hoping to get 3-5 done.

I have a few other ideas to go with this bracket. Let me know if you’re interested in any of the following.

- Complete rear kit - would include the brackets, new factory end links, new factory bushings and clamps, and a new (or maybe used if I can find some) factory sway bar (17mm or 19mm).
- Other kit combos like brackets and end links, etc
- Shortened factory end links.

Thanks for the update. I'll be waiting :)

Depending on cost I could do the complete rear kit, but I know I can get a bar and all the hardware locally for ~$30.

I dont know the exact price, but I doubt bar and hardware will be less than 30.

Hi. Here are some kit prices. To be honest, it'd be cheaper for you to walk into the dealership and get the parts yourself. I get employee price on parts but by the time I ship them you probably wouldn't save anything.

daaboots brackets - $35 Canadian + shipping & handling. Painted black.

Complete kit - $150 Canadian + shipping & handling. Will include daaboots brackets, new OEM R/T sway bar, new OEM bushings and clamps, new OEM end links, and all other hardware.

Brackets & hardware kit - $105 Canadian + shipping & handling. Will include daaboots brackets, new OEM bushings and clamps, new OEM end links, and all other hardware.

Well I wanted to get 8 sets done, but I was only able to get two done. They didn't turn out very well (appearance wise that is).

$25 Canadian + shipping

Swaybar and brackets installed!

With my lowering springs, front and rear strut tower bars and my 205/40R17 it's a train. :D

Brackets fits good and are tough. Thanks daaboots!

Bumping this for you Daaboots. I actually have my own custom-fabbed set on my RT (my sister has my RT struts and I have her SXT ones), second set I made, and the material he is using is plenty strong. My first set bent and I used just about the same material the second time and was fine (except mine was rectangular tubing cut into pieces).

And oh yes, I drive my car hard everyday.
