Shocked While I don't agree with what you did, you served your time and at least aren't stupid enough to drive without a license. thumbup

Anyways, the Neon looks good. I like what you did with the front bumper. I always wondered what it would look like if it was a little bigger. Should look pretty good when it's painted. Keep up the good work. Very Happy

EDIT: Also, very interesting idea with the door handles.

I like how you did your door handles. Very nice.

I also like how the front bumper turned out. Good job.

Are those rims 18"s? Are you running those on stock suspension without rubbing?

Can't wait to see this car done. Keep it up.

i think im gonna make my own side skirts something that fits the car and makes the lines look smooth and dont stand out all crazy
might also do the same to the rear bumper as i did to the front
and no they are 205/45r17
and unfortanatly it is stock suspension
but lowering isnt much further away
i think i just might get springs for now i would like 2 inches in the front and 2 1/2 in the rear but i seen a car with 1.8 inch and it looked pretty low and looked good
i have a set of option raceing coil over springs for sale but i had them on the car and it looked good but my girl hated it b/c it rode rough and she couldnt drive as fast places lol

It's just a suggestion Laughing

Yes sir, I rolled it. But it can also be applied with a spray gun if you have one.

It's just the paint is really cheap, and you can get it from Home Depot for about $8 a quart and you only need 2 quarts for your entire car.

You can get more colors, but not every color. Here are the color choices. Keep in mind that you can buy two colors and mix them to get a custom color of your own. That is what JeffM did. I chose Navy Blue.

I didn't clear coat it because the workability of the paint would end there. And because rustoleum clear coat in quarts is sold only in Canada. In america, it's only in spray cans, but I wouldn't trust myself spray-canning the car because I might make uneven layers. Plus I can't afford to buy PPG clear coat. I just waxed the car with Turtle Wax that you can find from Pep Boys for $3 and it looks good enough to me.

I bet that if you did use clear coat, it would look just as good and shiny a real paint job. Don't quote me though.

This is after I applied 1 layer of wax with no clear coat.

Some better pics if you want to see them: http://forum.2gn.org/viewtopic.php?t=45318&highlight=blueberry

well that sux someone has lowerd there bumper as well i might have to change it up a lill bit to set it off as original lol and yes the door handles might pertrude a lill bit but im going for a smooth clean look and i wanted to keep the handles but i hated the lines
as long as the whole body flows together in one fluid motion i will be happy i dont want nothing extravagent im still gonna had a lill bit more to the front and rear fenders as well im gonna lower the rear bumper 3 inches and form very rounded smooth looking sideskits that will be molded into the car
i still need to lower it to so if any one has an springs that drop the car 1.8 inchs and lower let me know
