The only option the car does not have is the Magnum motor! It is a fully loaded ES model.....
Leather
SRS seats
ABS
4 wheel disc
Sunroof
Everything but a Magnum motor.....
Even the VTSS was enabled from the factory.....
The car has 133,000 miles on it and it is immaculate!
It also now has a 02 Magnum PCM in it as the reman aftermarket pcm crapped out.....

He had the SRT wheels on his NYG before the motor in it died. He mentioned he was going to put them on this car for the ride home.

I want the silverstones that came with it!

Thanks. The car does need a little bit of attention...but nothing that can't be fixed. I can't believe how smooth it drives and how well it runs.

I did not believe him when He told me about it so I had him throw me the vin so I could look into it and I could not believe it. The wheels on it now are the SRT wheels he had laying around. He does have the complete set of Silverstones set aside as that is what came on the car from the factory....
I just reran the vin again on this car and the "Selling" dealer was the assembly plant? Something is up with this car....

That means it was purchased from within the company, or something like that.

My 2002 R/T was the same way. Supposedly my '02 was from a "Chrysler executive program" and was driven by a Viper engineer (who sold it to his brother, and then I bought it.)

Could have been an "executive" car- Chrysler management employee purchase. My dad used to get our family cars from that kind of a pool.

Thanks guys. Like I said, the car does have some damage, from the previous owner. It needs both front driver and front passenger doors replaced, they are messed up good. Also the rocker panel on the passenger side is crushed too. They hit something, and took out the passenger door at the same time. I'm keeping an eye open at the junkyard for silver doors...no luck so far. However, I did get my hands on a 4 disc changer today, which I installed this afternoon. The head unit I bought from the JY today to work with it, was junk though. No audio coming out of it. I'm taking it back in the morning for an exchange. Also, my fog lights don't work. I bought 2 fog light multifunction switches from the yard, got home and found out my grey connector was melted. I gotta cut myself a good plug off a car in the yard too, and i can have foglights again.

Went to the yard today to exchange the dead radio, but they didn't have anymore. They were completely gone. I got a credit toward the yard, for another radio once they get more in. I completely forgot to get myself a grey connector for my multifunction switch. Looks like I'll make ANOTHER trip tomorrow.

Well then. I just got done doing some extensive research. After browsing through the Vehicle Summary Report from Chrysler, thanks to BRR, I've got the names of the previous owner, and original owner.

Now, remember this car was never sold at a dealership? It was for corporate use? Yeah...the original owners name is Chet Marlow.

Meet Chet.
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/chet-marlow/11/52/255

Nuff Said.

Now...the previous owners name, I will not disclose for his privacy, but I did a chance to search him out, on Facebook. BAM, FOUND HIM! I friended him, he accepted..and we began talking. He was SOOO EXCITED that I was able to search for him, and talk to him about his old Neon. He told me a lot about the cars past...and told me about maintenance he's done to it. Timing Belt, Water Pump, Struts; all been replaced 10,000 miles ago. Clutch was done around 30,000 miles ago. He gave me pictures of the car, in it's previous condition, when he bought it from his friend for $200! The car was pretty bad. He went on and on about a few other things too. We both were glad to speak to each other about his old car, and he want's to stay updated on it. New Year's Day, him and his buddies are planning a trip to Buffalo for a Hockey Game...and he's interested in swinging by to say hello to his baby. He was sad to see it go, but things were beginning to go wrong, and he just wanted to be done with it. Seems to me, this car is pretty rock solid from what I can tell so far, just driving it. I've got to replace the oil pressure sender. He confirmed with me, it is seeping oil. I just replaced the valve cover gasket, along with spark plugs and a fresh oil change. He says the engine uses oil...but I think the sender / valve cover gasket leak may have a lot to do with it. I haven't seen it smoke out the exhaust at all...even when my friend followed me home from picking it up in Philly. Enough said for now.....I'll get the pictures up from when he owned it, before he did repairs. It was pretty rough.

Considering the first owner, the equipment on the vehicle makes sense- he probably did an item-by-item order, something us little people can't do at dealerships.

I'm not sure if I'm ready for the "before" pics if the car was as rough as you say but my curiosity is killing me so post away.
