Did you buy a part and think it was awesome, or did you think it was a piece of crap? Let everyone know here so we know not to buy the same product.

First time trying it out. It uses a suction cup and sticks anywhere on the car. I should have used the full waterproof backing to reduce the wind noise. It says under 100mph the vented backing is better for sound quality but after seeing this I don't think so.

I also tried mounting it to my ski helmet last night and it worked pretty good.

I fucking hate photobucket: "I/O error when loading URL over HTTP". (on FF8)

Car looks sweet though bro!

was so excited I didn't care I was taking it out in the rain :P. So easy to use. Now I just have to find a good video editor. I hate roxio but so far it's the only one I know of that's pretty decent.

I just use iMovie. My only complaint with it is that it slightly degrades the video quality to below HD. If I'm not adding text or effects or anything, just splicing together, I use Quicktime.

ah, see I am a PC guy. I would rather not use something that degrades the video quality since this little guy shoots in 1080p. As you can tell photobucket degrades the quality.

Yea... kinda sucks... by the time my gopros are through iMovie and YouTube, they're no longer HD, even though people still say they look amazing, they look best before you do anything to them.

I would like to know of a better video editing program to use as well any of you videographers out there.

YouTube tends to not degrade quality so I usually upload straight there.

Meh, while not directly a neon part, it is something of interest, and can be used on/in a neon. I think this thread fits this section better.

I got it as a christmas present but, I have seen the GoPro Hero go for $225. The one I have, GoPro Hero2 runs about $275-300 depending on what package you get.

I can post of videos of this on the neon to make it more "neon related" :).

lolz. 4Wheel Parts had them for half off for a few hours during their Christmas promotion. Sadly I had no $$$ to get one. $300 one for $150. :(

Oh man. Currently, I have negative money, but I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another gopro if I could. The more the better with these little wonders.

I got mine back when TeamLivid got his when they were 300+ so I'm definitely happy about their prices dropping.
