KARR?

What's this little doohickey?

All my research tells me that it's a factory installed KARR Security System. But that's ALL I can find. And if it is, what the eff does it do and how does it compare to an aftermarket system of today like a Viper or Kenwood or something similar?

is it a button or an indicator? if its just a light it probably tells you its armed

No button! Just an indicator light. It's on when the ignition is off, and off when the ignition is on. There's no indication of what it is. I'm sure I can trace the wires to their origin, but that would only tell me so much

Good call! I'll look for one, but I don't recall seeing one when I did the timing belt.

It MIGHT be just an indicator light, but I also have the OEM indicator light in my dash O.o
