i have a 2000 dodge neon sxt, lowered on raceland coilovers about 2 in"

i bought a set of vw santa monicas for $100 an are in great shape, atm i only have the rims but im wanting to put 205/40r17 on. ik the bolt on the but my question is will the rub when i turn?

I had the same tire on my neon and the front never rubbed. So you should be good. And I fixed the link for you.

this link is extremely helpful when calculating these things, tire size is only one aspect to look at. you need to look up the offset of the wheels and put it into this calculator:
