Hello. Well my ACR has 150k miles and all the struts are due to be replaced. I have sway bars, strut bars and aftermarket springs. What struts are the best replacement with an emphasis more towards performance? What coil over sets are considered to be the better ones out there? Thank you for any input.

The stock struts are really good ones if they're the originals. You might think about having them rebuilt instead of replacing them. A legitimate argument could be made that when they're new or rebuilt correctly that they're as good as most, if not all, aftermarket coilovers. You'd have to pop for quality double adjustable ones for them to be better than the stock OEM parts.

Thanks Jeff. I wasn't aware that could be done. I did a search and only found older posts mentioning a shop in Chicago and that it's very costly. Do you happen to have any recommendations on shops/people that perform the rebuilds? Any guess as to the cost?
