I have a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I was wondering what years of the Dodge/Plymouth I can salvage engine parts from, such as the IAC, airbox assembly, etc. Just looking for stock parts, not modifying anything, since the car is just a daily driver, mostly transport to and from work.

Thanks in advance,
Roger.

Unfortunately the 2000 is kind of a lonely year. In 2001 they switched to a 4 wire IAC, but the 95-99 IAC is different from the 00.

The airboxes you can grab any from 00-05.

The PCM. throttle body, and idle control are the primary difference as far as engine management. Any 1996 to 2002 SOHC will be a bolt in, but you would need to swap the round pin sensors if you use a '96, from your '00. Most '97 up sensors are compatible.

If you get bored, any 2005 to 1999 DOHC 2.0 can be used, with some minor changes.

There is a FAQ section that might help with any question you may have. But if you aren't sure about something, don't hesitate to ask. thumbup
