yeah, i got my PCM in a reasonable amount of time but... i still havent gotten my f*cking core refund.. considering i sent in my core 2 days after i placed my order (back in february).. im getting sick of calling and only hearing 'it was done last week' its going on almost 2 weeks and i still dont have my damn money.. way to go howell!!

sorry i had to vent.. gary seems unresponsive to IMs, howell NEVER checks there email and well the minute i give the guys on the phone my name i have a instant response of it was done last week. ive got plans for that damn money.. one being dyno this weekend.. and second is the SRT Midwest Nats next weekend. i gotta pay for gas and whatnot and an extra $150 in my pocket would surely help..

if i dont get any results by the end of the week.. im calling up paypal and taking care of it that way.. since i paid via paypal thru my paypal mastercard

I was thinking about this the other day... I remember Gary putting up something about him being on the news showing how many bad CC he's been given or whatever... I'm beginning to wonder if he's classifing people that reverse their charges b/c they never got their parts a bad CC?

I think Gary will do ANYTHING he can to make himself and his shoddily run business look better. How F-ing hard is it for a CSR to look up an invoice and give you a status unless they are not updating their accounts properly. When changes take place within a customer's account they should be updated immediately to keep valid records. Those rednecks are prolly outback smokin' instead. That place is a crap hole.

they could have mailed me a check for $150 faster then this 'credit to my card' is taking.. and the CSR's suck ass. i swear they have a list of replies next to the phone for when i call, it seems like i was hearing the exact same phrase when i was doing my weekly calls about the PCM.. and now when i call asking about the core refund i get the same quick ass responses and its seriously starting to get me pissed. basically howell has been banking my $150 for almost 3 months..

I feel for you man! its been 10 weeks since i ordered my clutch and axels. i got both axels last week but one is wrong and who knows where my clutch is! worst customer service ever. i will never order from howell again! 2gn should just boycot them all together!

Howell sucks big hairy moose C@%K. When I ordered my AEM CAI a couple years ago it took almost 2 months. I wouldn't take anything from howell if it was given to me

I still want a PCM Sad ... I wish someone else would figure out a way to do it, so I dont haev to get it from Howell...I dont like that place. they screw way too many people over.

well i called back today, first thing i said was i wanted to speak to someone that wouldnt give me the same excuse as the last 4~ times. I spoke to Todd, and he re-refunded me the money while i waited on the phone, if i dont see anything in 2 days im to call him back.

update for me: went to install the one axle that i thought was right.....come to find out its for a Honda Civic! so its been 11 weeks and still no parts that are right. they say they have the clutch, but wont ship it untill they get the new axles! its funny, ive been speaking with frank at DSS to see if howell has even placed an order with them like they said they would.....frank says he hasnt even talked to howell in a very long time! on monday im calling howell and giving them a week to get me my parts or i want all my money back asap! this is the only thing keeping me from finishing my car! so its not looking to good for carlisle! Sad we will see!
