yes, sad but true. car received some small hail damage. about $1,500 worth of paint-less dent removal so now new lower price.

its a normal title. the vin is like 2 letters and 6 numbers. its a green Oklahoma title, its a built title that lists the car as a 2003 neon se. will transfer easily. the best way to explain it is , you buy an old car and build it from a bunch of part, the state copies all the vins from all the diff...
