windshield wiper problems...

my intermitent wiper setting doesnt work at all, nor do my wipers return to the "down" position when i turn them off. high and low work fine, its really just annoying, anyone know why this is happening? ive been over every fuse and relay in the car and they all seem fine.

a girl i work with just bought an 06 or 07 Fucus sedan and it has an all Sony stereo system with a little sub in the back (looks similar to a Thunderforms-type enclosure) i didnt see that it said Xpload (lol) on it anywhere though. the cover on the sub is extremely flimsy.
