I have a short ram intake and I go to college. I don't have a garage.

I bought this hood a while back on here. I done some work and fiberglassed the vents since I don't have a SRT. I got it painted Flat Black and a matte clear. I had my S style eyelids painted to match. Tell me what you think.

Same thing happened to me last month. I lost about 50 dollars that Fedex wouldn't cover. Took the hood to 3 shops. All told me that the hood was not worth repairing. I paid $28 for mine. It was chrome intakes on ebay. Took 10 minutes to install. It isn't noticable till 3500 rpms then sounds like a beast. No hp gains but sounds amazing. Overall, I am very pleased because it really helps the Flowmaster sound more throaty and not Honda-ish.

I got a nice set of fiberglass eyelids off ebay. They sit flush with the hood but they are the S-style. I paid like 45 bucks with shipping.

Nicest SRT ever....How do you keep water from getting into the engine? I got the same hood and i'm afraid to put it on until I block off the mesh vents somehow.

That's like buying a Srt-10 Ram and putting a regular work truck bumper on it.

I need the wire that has the two outputs going into the back of the foglights and has one connector on the other end that plugs into a single wire. Any help would be appreciated because no dealer around here has any clue what i'm trying to find.

Do not get the front bumper if your car is lowered or if you plan to lower. I have the front bumper and it's probably less than an inch from the road. Plus, it's fiberglass and will crack if it drags on anything.

I have the exact same suspension. Tokico Hp's and Kazera springs. Do you have any issue with rubbing on your size tire?

I have a flowmaster 40 series with duals on my 03 sxt. It's as loud as any neon i've heard so far. It has a real throaty sound to it.

My sxt is solar yellow. I dont think it looks rice.
