Use your wiring and the neon or pt 4spd auto.. extend the coolant temp sensor wiring and flip the outside coilpack wires and rotate the injector wiring around per the 1g write up.. use all the pt mounts and pump and ps line and a 1g dohc intake manifold and heater lines and a 1g staerter.. Where is a good place to buy a higher stalling torque convertor... I'm 2.4 swapping a 2000 atx and I'm using a 1g dohc atx.. I'm just wondering if it'll be worth my hassle to even swap in a different convertor? Thanks for any help and info

Drive it it'll it blows up then order a ptgt rebuild kit.. and redo..

Look into ptgt trans parts.. because the 41th will not like much boost.. now a 31th will as its shared with the old turbo dodges.. swap over the input shaft from a turbo dodge along with clutches and bam dang near bullet proof tranny with oe parts... but I think the turebo pts had better internals t...

I've made em from both 1g n 2g runners I can say the 2g runners r a pain in the butt to make work but it can be done....

Aem imo. And advance it to bring the power band down some. Try straight up and take it to the track and play with cam timing on a test n tune night to get the best mph which idealy makes the best power I think. Lol.

heres a pic of the ford probe struts and 1gn rears on my 2g to get it low. its not the easiest setup but it will work to get you low on the chaep. and mine basicly a hack job i done in a hurry. but on the 2g youll run into the axle hitting the alternator soon enough... just saying. http://forum.2gn....

Ford probe gt struts 93ish will fit with minor modding to the strut bolt holes aka drilling. It will bolt to a neon upper mount and they're wide enough to fit over the neon spindle w/o machining.
