Found the source of the awful noise this morning. One of the lower control arm bolts was extremely loose, so I took it back to the shop and they bolted everything back up nice and tight. The shop that it's at is going to attempt to repair the damaged fender and SRT bumper. I have yet to talk with them about what all is damaged and needs replaced, just been too busy or ...

Talked to the insurance company today and gave my statement. The guy who is taking care of everything said that the damage described could possibly total the car, we'll see what happens.

That could be the case. I popped the hood after the accident to see what was going on in the engine bay and everything in that area had buckled in about an inch or two. Tried getting through to the insurance company today...no dice. Tomorrow we will be able to deal straight with our agent so it work...
