Go get some PB Blaster, available at AutoZone, next to the WD-40.
Soak it down, wait 5-6 mins, (smoke 1 cigarette, which is my usual timer) then reach under and remove by hand...

ok maybe not, but after 5-6 mins with the Blaster it'll come right off

Re: Spark Plugs again

Yesterday i was at Autozone shopping for plugs, the salesman insisted that he used to work at a dodge dealership, and he told me that they never heard that Platnium plugs are not good with neons, he told me that this is a Japanese engine (which is true i guess since it is a mitsubishi 420 in our ca...

I had a Kirks long tube header, pre-dyno (stock) 110hp, 108 Tq. After LTH 122HP/117TQ. Not bad increase for $250. And the power was noticable in the mid-high r...

I love it....I just get excited when people make fun of me owning a Neon, and I'll admit, I didnt like them when they came out, the "Hi" think killed it. Then I needed an econobox when my ex wife got pregnant. I looked at a 99 Honda Civic EX. It had 50K miles....and it was LOOOADED! The price of $14...

Most parts stores sell an engine dressup kit, its like $40 and comes with all kinda of "braided" hose covers and the endcaps. As far as cleaning the engine, I usually get the engine to normal temps, hose it down with simple green or your favorite degreaser and let it sit for about 10 mins, then rinc...

Maaco isnt a rip off, I've seen some damn nice work come outta Maaco, however they also spent a couple thousand and not the $299 paint job.
Seriously, they CAN do good work if you PAY them to do it..

Granted, the "budget" paintjobs are shit, and should be treated accordingly.

The handheld spray is nice for washing/rinsing, I suggest you use a sponge with it, and I stopped using their soap and used some Eagle 1 soap, anyways, works great,. very happy with my $11.99 MC autowash
