Re: 2002 R/T Build V2

:-) such a fun car to drive, which is why i don't want to switch to a newer daily yet. It doesn't take my friends long behind the wheel of my SRT to realize why i like it. Even in its mostly stock form.

you could say it was bent at one time. Car was t-boned in a previous life. Is there any chance a bigger universal weatherseal would do the job if the OEM one doesn't do the trick?

interior door weatherstripping

I'm starting to get a windchill on the highway from my doors. Anyone know the best way to solve bad door weatherstripping?

can you buy aftermarket? where to buy oem replacement? etc.

the production version will probably have much cleaner lines. The tires and front end are interesting.

for now you're going to have to settle for a Chrysler 200S awd.

The focus RS should be awesome but I am expecting the sticker to be out of my price range for a bit too long. The focus ST and fiesta ST are still way over priced.

do you have suspension mods? If no look at the first sticky in wheels/tires it will give you the different size tires you can run with a stock suspension setup. As far as wheel fitment it will depend on the wheel offset & it has to be 5x100 ofcourse.

If it is the frame mount I recommend using this. I installed it in my SRT and its a great quality product:

Last mods: Removed my Mopar KW Coilovers http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y221/ksepary/20141013_174225_zps8e6cb23c.jpg to install these: raceland Ultimos. Please note the clearance is not the same as most coilovers. I needed to use 3mm spacers with these coils in the front. http://i6.photobucket.com...

Welcome to the neon family and 2gn! The good thing about our cars are that the parts are relatively cheap. A front grill should be easy to get. Rock auto has cheap stock suspension parts. The door speakers are usually paper so anything low end will be an upgrade. Motor mounts are relatively inexpens...

nothing really beats the comfort of the SRT seats for the price. Other than that corbeau and other high quality seats witch usually offer aftermarket brackets are the way to go.

The tune is for 91. any lower ocatane and you risk getting detonation. I usually get 93 because its more readily available.

I ran those tires last year. They are amazing. Just don't count on them being worth much on dry pavement. Your stopping distances and cornering is a little compromised. The good part is they last longer than blizzacks because they arn't so grippy.
