I appreciate it. My main problem is with warm starting, using Una's base map from neonsquirt.com got me 60% of the way there and autotune got me most of the rest, fortunately, since the "tuning-ms" sections of this board and the other .org consist mostly of questions about whether people should go w...

IT LIVES! Started up right away. Unfortunately, my wideband controller is fried (due to some wiring/grounding mistakes on my part), so I won't be able to get a decent tune till I build the replacement, but it started up immediately, and actually idles better than the stock computer does without O2 i...

True that, but after more research it appears they use the older EV1 style connectors. Apparently Mustang 5.0 injectors are the right size and connectors, but they may need some sort of washer to make them fit our fuel rail.

Just wanted to add to this review thread since I just got mine installed: It fits LIKE A GLOVE!. Seriously, after the nightmare I had installing/removing my rusted old soviet looking A/FX header, this just slipped right in. Ports are aligned correctly for an R/T head, which was an unexpected bonus. ...

I realize I'm bringing this back from the dead, but it was mentioned that the duratec ford taurus injectors are 24lb/hr, any idea what years? After a bit of google searching it looks like the older ones look a bit different from the newer ones, and it's really hard to find VIN S specific ones.

No SKIM for me :D. At this point I'll try to make it work, and if it doesn't, I'll do that ZTX450 to ZTX650 upgrade so I can run both off the fuel pump wire.

I know this is something of a post resurrection, but I happen to have a multimeter that lets me measure frequency and duty cycle, and on an 02 neon, the PWM IAC runs at about 76hz, (which translates to a valve frequency of 2.5), at about 20% duty cycle on a cold engine (outside temps of about 50F). ...

My Megasquirt setup LIVES!

BASIC INFO : Well, I finally got it built and mostly wired together. I'm running MS2 on a v3.0 PCB, going into an 02 MTX SE. I'm basically doing a setup right in between Full standalone and piggyback: I'm sharing TPS and Crank position sensors, and just setup a quick disconnect so the stock IAT and...

SLC DIY Wideband Controller

Full Disclosure: Since I'm doing this review, http://www.14point7.com has promised to give me my choice of a Boost Sensor, an EGT Probe, or a digital AFR gauge (I'm probably gonna go with the AFR gauge because it's pretty). Now down to business. I purchased the SLC DIY Wide band controller from this...

Does anyone know if a regular crank scraper will fit an OBX aluminum oil pan? I'd think so since the crank scrapers only protrude above the oil pan and have a similar shape to the oil pan gasket, which fits the aluminum oil pans, but has anyone done this?

Redline Sl-1 Fuel Injector Cleaner

Well, I've never put that much stock in fuel injector cleaners, but I'd let my car sit for about 6 months, and when I got it back up and running it bogged very badly and my gas mileage was nowhere close to where it was. Now perhaps fuel system cleaner isn't useful on a normal engine, but I swear thi...

Eibach Pro Kit vs. Progress Springs

Well, I just changed out my old Progress springs for the Eibach Pro kit, and the difference is night and day. Progress Springs produced a slammed look, which was fine for the first year or so that I owned them, but as they sagged and I got SRT rims, my tires started rubbing the inside of the fenders...

a 2.4 swap is more work but you can also get alot more power from it N/A, (look at neons.org, over 200 is easy) plus it is much easier to boost if you decide to go that route.

MAP/TPS voltage regulator.(Fix your codes)

Well, after having had the mustang throttle body on for a while, I kept on getting a "TPS voltage too high" code, because the mustang TPS returns a higher voltage than the stock neon TPS. I didn't feel like fabricating to fit the Neon TPS on the thing. So in order to pass emissions, I used This love...
