PB Blaster FTW!. I've heard the rear bushing bolt can be a pain if it's rusted into the frame. This car mostly sits in a garage so it's out of the weather. This what pisses me off that the bushing were shot to begin with. When I bought the Red SRT-D in 07 the dealer said the couple that owned it als...

Lower Control Arm Rear Bushing question...

I have two 2005 Neon SXT's both are SRT Designs. The Red Neon is a MTX with 35K miles and the LCA rear bushings are cracked, the Orange Blast Neon is a ATX and 54K miles and the busing are fine. The Red Neon pulls to the left so I wanted to get a alignment done but the shop said that the bushings ne...

Stock the Challenger came with a 12V air compressor and Green fix a flat....it didn't give me great confidence. None of the LX SRT-8's have a comp...

I used to have a 03 R/T and thought it was dumb to have a perf model Neon looked no different than the SE or SXT. I put a SRT front end on my R/T in 2004, funny Chrysler did the same thing for the 2005 model year which the end of production run...really smart. My point is that they should have offer...

The R/T should have looked like the SRT Design starting in 2003 instead of the Caravan nose. Dodge sold a whopping 1400 R/T's in 2003...great marketing.

I'm biased though since I have 2 SRT-D's. For someone who asked they use the R/T rear fascia and muffler.

I called Mancini and they are going to send out the metal nipple that should have been pressed into the valve cover. Mancini VC question

For those of you who bought those powder coated valve covers from Mancini. Did your VC's have the oil breather tubing nipple in the back of the VC? I just got mine and it doesn't have the nipple sticking out of it behind where the oil filler cap is located. I guess I can transfer it from my old Valv...

I cleaned the IAC and so far it's been realiably holding idle. If it does it again then I'm going to replace the IAC.

The guy on ebay isn't selling them anymore so who would be a good vendor to get one from that wouldn't charge dealership prices?

I've got a 05 Orange Blast SXT with ATX it has 41,000 miles on it. The problem is that periodically when I go to start the engine fires up but it will then stall. To get around the problem I hold the throttle open a little then it will start ok. Then I rev it a little after it starts, it will hold t...

A while ago I swap the GT bar on my 06 PT Limited Turbo. The old bar was 25mm and was bigger than the SRT bar. This would be a good low dollar upgrade for a Neon.

That's probably the way to go. I couldn't believe the parts guy at the
dealership he said you have to buy the hole air box since the speednut isn't sold separately.

Air box lid attachement ?

The airbox lid is held on by 5 bolts that thread into metal speednuts with 2 small tangs. Has anyone had a problem with the 2 metal tangs cracking and the speednut falling off? The dealer doesn't sell the speednuts separately. What are you guys using for a replacement speednut?

I want to install the boost gauge pod in my 05 SXT. Does anyone have a template or know the location on where to cut the underside of the dash cover? I've seen pictures but was wondering if anyone had more precise measurements on where to cut?

I used my original drum hubs with my rear disc brakes without any problems. The ABS hub has markings for the ABS sensor which is not needed for a rear disc conversion. Several members have done how-tos on the rear disc conversion. http://forum.2gn.org/viewtopic.php?t=22281&highlight= http://forum.2g...
