I'm installing Depo headlights, not just the bulbs. Do I need to take the bumper off?

Do I have to take my bumper cover off to take out my old headlights and install new ones? I have a 2002. I just can't seem to get enough room to pull the old headlights out.

Just curious to see what it looks like.

I meant to say I hit someone else's car..

Thanks for the comments. The wheels were about $950 w/out tires... I think they weigh 13.5 lbs, but you can't get the black color anymore, only polished

Raccoon headlights and a R/T front bumper are coming soon, but only because I hit someone in the snow and cracked my front bumper....
