If you don't wanna throw boost or spray at it, you need to keep going and spend lots on some higher compression and a nasty cam too. The rest will yield maybe 15whp all put together. 1psi of boost would do that. Haha ok point taken. Once I get my 66 mustang sold and have some more cash maybe I will...

Haha so with the mods I suggested you guys are saying on a dyno Id see no extra WHP gain over stock. I agree suspension, tires and wheels are important and I am upgrading those as well. I was just wondering engine wise what can be done to add power to these RTs. I don`t think my car is slow, I just ...

yes to both.
thanks! O one last question. Does the R/T iceman have a bend in the bellows similar to the AEM? I am assuming you have seen one?

it IS a 2gn iceman. the bend is so that the filter winds up parallel to the ground facing toward the front bumper cover. it may or may not fit the angle of the r/t intake. It looks like its a non-mag angle iceman. see the wear marks? it was rubbing on the inner fender liner making a horrible racket...

2004 R/T mod suggestions?

So I just bought a 04 R/T 5 speed and I was wondering what you guys think are the appropriate mods to make the most power out of this thing. NOTE: no turbo, no nitrous, and no cam swap. bolt ons only. Im looking for specific brands and sizes. IE MPX 60mm TB. I was thinking. iceman intake, bored stoc...

Iceman intake R/T or reg? (pics)

Hey can anyone tell me from the pic if this is an Iceman for a reg 2gen neon or an R/T. I was told it came off of an R/T but I thought the bellows should be angled a bit? is iceman not like that? thanks! http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb62/notapplicable332/iceman.jpg http://i211.photobucket.com/...

Glad that you are okay- looks like your old Neon did its job pretty well. Any interior pics of the new R/T? Does it have leather? **already drooling at the thought** I will try and get some interior pics today. Yes it has leather. Fully loaded as far as I can tell. 6 disk, sunroof, rear view mirror...

I'm BACK. In black

Well as some of you may know I recently wrote off my silver 2005. I ended up hitting another car on the highway and we both rolled. I spent 4 days in the hospital but I am fine! same with the other driver. I have been off the boards for a while just because I lost some of my passion with my last neo...

If you don't hook up a MAP line to the MS, you will have the same fuel at idle as you do at WOT. It won't work awesome like that. I thought it just worked off of RPM and Throttle position? Any suggestions then on attaching the little line to the MS box? i just used rubber vac line to bridge it but ...

boost reference

Hey, we have a MS2 setup with a srt4 swap and was wondering what would happen if we didn't connect the boost reference to the MS? the little line is a pain and always leaks. We are not using MS for boost control or setting and boost limits. Turbo pressure is run only by wastegate. Thanks!

YOU CUT YOUR HAIR!!! Long shutdowns are a good thing. Didn't really seem that long to me though. NYIRP in western NY is the king of long shutdown areas. Fuel dragsters can stop without a chute there and have no worries of hitting the sand. It's actually somewhat short compared to other tracks...
