The tails from the 00-02 are shaped differently at the bottom only. Any tail lights from the 03 and up will bolt right in and will eliminate the gap you see on the red neon.

00-02 bumper can use 00-02 tail lights
03+ bumpers can use 03+ tail lights (srt and non-srt use the same lights)

Thought this might help a little explaining the star wheel: It took me a while to uderstand. Its just a gear with teeth. Your looking it from a view where all you see is the teeth. its kind of a pain to get the screw driver onto and turn it. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a351/flamingpinhead/Neon...

probably a little easier to find will be to just look for clips, and literally 'cut and paste' an entire good shell together

im honestly not sure about the rear drum brakes. never had to adjust the ones on the sxt. dont rear drum brakes automatically compensate for wear (unlike the parking brake only drums on rear disc?)

oh yes, winter tires are a MUST here in kansas winter time. the SRT was helpless its first winter here. but lastyear i picked up some winter treads (4 tires and 2 15" rims for 160 bucks, and 2 more rims for 90 bucks). the 15s fit just fine, although i admit those would look much nicer than 15" steel...

no doubt, advertising is a bad thing. if they wanted to display sponsors, perhaps magnetic decals would be in order, as they can easily be removed. hell, like said above, throw some fake landscaping decals on it. very unfortunate for the racing team though:( anyone recall the threads on every forum ...
