You didn't hear the fuel pump so you replaced the ignition switch? I would have simply checked for power at the pump before throwing parts at it. If the pump doesn't cycle every time you have the key on, there's a problem. First make sure the fuel pump is good (apply 12V manually to it if necessary...

you'll prbly want to get srt lowering springs instead of stock when you do this. otherwise your car will end up looking like a monster truck! :D before i got koni's i had srt struts with 1.8 drop srt lowering springs and it didnt lower it very much at all.

what did you take out? -power steering -air conditioning -cruise control -windshield washer resevoir -back seat and trunk liner/sound deadening -radio and all speakers and i'm using a walmart 230 cca lawn and garden battery to save alittle more weight... :D i'm sure theres more but thats all i can ...

i guess my weight redux has payed off! :D i get 35 to 36 mpg just driving regular with some spirited driving now and then. and 38 to 40 when i try to conserve. i drive 25 miles to work one way 50/50 city and highway.

I would stick with a 100 psi, as it would be more accurate, unless your pressure hangs around 100 psi all the time. Generally gauges are the most accurate at about 50% of their scale. Not sure what the average cold psi is on neons as I have yet to install one. My Omni engine (VW) would peg the need...
