Little bit of work done over the weekend. Nothing directly to the car though lol. Got my 1gn valve cover 70% stripped of the old paint, and found a donor antenna that I cut short, and am now prepping to paint.

Went to the junkyard today and had some good luck. Found a 1gn valve cover to paint, fuelrail cover to paint + put my custom sticker on, and trunk lid carpet. Getting a new windshield tomorrow, and might be ordering a set of new headlights soon. Huzzah!

Took the time to wash, and clay the front of my car this weekend, so I snapped a few pics. That happened to me too. Daimler had to send me a refund check that was likely less then the post to get it here lol.

Where'd you find the chart ?

My car is at or above 3k at 70. I always assumed it has a 3.55, but that seems a little high to me.

I myself didn't use clearcoat on the valve cover...I did, however, use it on my injector cover. I used the DupliColor's High Temp engine enamel clearcoat. Works very well and gives a very high-gloss look, but the valve cover came out SO good, I didn't use any and still looks fantastic without it. O...

Magnum Header was installed last week. Car pulls nice from 3K on (like all NA Neons). Dents were pulled also, and the car looks 100% better.
